We just had Sky call up to tell my elderly parents their Sky 'warranty' was expired and would cost them £65 just to phone them if they didn;t cough up immediately and then they cut off the telly half an hour before kick off.

I found out they were full of shit and got it back on with one call. Unbelievable. I bet they tried that on with thousands and made millions of quid in half an hour the sinister cunts.
