It's defo worth watching from beginning to end on DVD.

HIGHLY recommended.

Yeah I am not the worlds biggest sci fi buff or fan of american mega series but it is fucking brilliant.

Do not tell. I'm going to watch it at some point. Now I've finished the new Bioshock (review: "sort of good, sort of disappointing").

I missed the last season on SKY, picked up the complete box set...great stuff....

love my boxsets!

Watched this last night....proper good film....well worth a watch. The ending is ace!

I am proper excited about Alice in Wonderland coming our in a couple of weeks.

I've just seen Iron Man 2.

Which is not bad at all.

I am a HUGE Michael Mann fan but I could not get into this. It was just a bit odd and I can't say why. My problem I am sure.

Yeah Michael Mann films...they are great

He is a top director. One of the best I say!

I couldn't work out why Pubic Enemas didn't work for me despite all the boxes being ticked and I think it is cos it's shot in DV not film. Which I found odd.

The idea was to be be more realistic and documentary style but it is too modern for the period. It felt like a loads of people running around shouting a lot dressed like the 20's . But shot this morning.

I also though the casting was off. Dillinger didn't look like Depp no sir!

People were minging then, even the good lookers were minging. No one cold afford to be fit.

A Single Man is excellent (the dud ending aside). And I say that as someone with no patience for clothes, surfaces, fashion and who, before the film, thought Nicholas Houle was a bit of a waste of space. Recommended.
