How MANY times do I have to say it!?

Rubbish. This is so far below the level of what is acceptable, that it's clearly unacceptable.

Movies based on board games? You have all lost your minds.

Never had a mind to lose.....

Exactly, they've based it on the boardgame, and it's fuck all like the boardgame, so why even mention it? Like that's going to draw the crowds in. All it's done is alienate me, and that's a bad move for any movie Wink

Rihanna wasn't in the boardgame, just to clear that one up. It was generally a father and his son, or two kids on the box. Looking really excited about a few plastic fucking pegs.

    I hated battleships.

Hamlet is a classic play, so why not base something on it?

Transformers are one of the best kids toys ever and lends themselves well to a movie plot.

    Battleships?

I'm stepping out of this now before my teeny mind explodes.

    Laughing Laughing

i am SO sorry mate but a fansite where a fan of boardgames tries desperately to make connections just can't dig you out of this hole Laughing

Did you know that the film Black Beauty was actually inspired by Buckaroo? and while the hit epic Inception IN NO WAY resembles Battling Tops they did put a little top in there as a cheeky homage to the classic game.

I'm in development hell with my Ker-plunk treatment I tell you!
