I have had a hell of a week though. Normal service will hopefully resume a few days after the holiday madness...

You Southerners better pull your fingers out. I know it can't be easy living amongst all the smog, tramps, vice, knife crime and over-inflated prices, but us gritty Northerners can't do it all by ourselves.

Not quite, im going out tomorrow for the lcd soundsystem gig, im going to get stinking drunk hooray.

LCD will be wicked. I always miss gigs, i'm just not down with the kids.

This weekend i will be working Saturday, taking it easy, then going to see DLC Sunday even though i don't want to but have already bought a ticket. Plus my mate has gone to the trouble of getting babysitters so i suppose i best go.

I'd rather just save me money.

Did you see their Party Political Broadcast last night? It must have cost about £30. The 'voters' who said they were all going to vote for them were clearly actors and were definately reading from a script.

gordon can only see out of one eye, so is very open to attack and he wont see you

Hello everyone, it's been a while. Have been slogging it out at work which has not been fun. So then what is everyone getting up to on the weekend?

Anyway, sunny all weekend here in the late 20's so I'm planning to head dow to the beach and talk to strangers in the hope of making some friends.

If i was in South Africa i would look in to going swimming with Great White Sharks. It's something i've wanted to do for ages. I'm pretty sure a lot of people would like me to do it too, though i have a feeling it would be in a seal suit without a cage.

From a conservation point of view I've been warned off the swimming with sharks thing. Apparently it's causing a lot of problems as sharks are coming closer inland to get the 'food' from the cages which means they're getting caught up in the shark nets. There is a place near me where you can go, have a boat trip out to the shark nets, collect whatever is there and then watch it get dissected when you get back. Might check thatout at some point.

I am going to do some sea fishing (even though I don't really eat fish) at some point.

Well I'll be having a quiet one for the 1st part of the weekend as I'm working on Saturday.

Sunday will involve a big breakfast, and then getting smashed from that point onwards, with a 12 hour shift at The Fav (massively hoping for but its not looking good!)
