There's going to be a demonstration at the oil refinery next door from 6pm this evening. Not sure what they're demonstrating. Doesn't matter really, I'll be home by then anyway.

    DULLFLASH

The rubber feet on my mouse were dragging, like any bloke I just ploughed on getting annoyed. The table's glass needed a wipe.

I used cider vinegar on a Jcloth.

I have contemplated drinking said liquid in my forced sobriety so I'm glad I found another use for it.

My large towels dry a lot quicker on the veranda than on the clothes horse indoors. Despite the temperature.

When clothes are very cold it's hard to tell if they are damp or just chilly.

I've started using pencils instead of pens. I love sharpening them and they don't explode in my jacket at meetings.

The new owners of the Swan keep telling porkies. They said it would be open on the 8th November, it wasnt. They said it would be open on the 11th. It wasnt. They said it would be open on the 21st, it wasnt. They now say it will be open on the 28th. We will see.

Mad Eye Riley wrote her menu boards again yesterday. Whilst she wasnt looking we changed some of the dishes.

Ken Metfuck is in Glasgow again.

Brian "the local skip hirer" McNulty has moved his Highland cattle up to Steve Kitchens farm. They have more room up there.

The Red Hart has its Christmas decorations up.

Peter "Robopimp" Pimperton has his own house. He slept there for the first time yesterday.

Robopimps mum, Jan, thinks there are 2 exits on the blyth roundabout before the services exit. In fact there is only one.

The date for the "Carols on the Green" festival has not been announced yet. Its usually outside the swan and the swan usually supply mulled wine. so whatever date is set, I wont believe. See point 1 above.

I am wearing jeans and a t-shirt for work today.

We may be going to claire and steves for tea tonight after woork. They live in Tickhill.

Tickhill hosted a Christmas fayre yesterday. I didnt go.

I did however go into the fourways and had a couple of pints with Baz.

Baz has half a thumb and wears a leather hat. I once saw him fall over when he was drunk. I also once pushed an umbrella pole through his letterbox.

Nunny the post man still writes " Gay Porn" on most of my mail.

Mo the Indian loves a good smoke.

I have informed Sutty that I will fetch his sports catalogue round to his house at the weekend. I will also return his wig.

The cats living in my ma's stables have had kittens.

I am off to walkers garden centre on sunday to see their winter wonderland.
