I am not a qualified medical person but the forum is a bit poorly and we need to sort it out.
It's a bit like and old person left alone in the winter.

Re: TUMBLEWEED
don't expect anything from Pol Pot, word is he booked the Sky engineer to hook him up last week and the blok came while he was round the back of the building doing some recycling.
Had to start again.... reckon should be online end of jan hahahaha!
And apparently iPads are rubbish. He returned his. I'd loved to have been there earlier. He says he was "very frank about it's abilities and qualities" which is his code for he shouted at them until they gave him money.

Re: TUMBLEWEED
It has been very quite. I seem to be really busy at work not doing very much. I'm also in the same boat at Tim. Sky have been so shit at organising the install of my phone and broadband. I'm hoping to have the phone installed by the 18th. Then I have been told that I might need to wait a further two wweks for my broadband. Total shit as I signed up to sky months ago. (Think this should have been posted on the hates thread).

They are useless. We're moving in March/April and I'm dreading having to go through the whole process of transferring sky from the old address to the new.

Yeah I had contact with him Saturday. I don't think he was looking forward to his evening out. He had even developed an exit strategy.

Re: TUMBLEWEED
it can't have been that good cos I saw him at jaded at about 9am. sans beer and co though so perhaps that was the exit strategy. usually he just disappears.

Hahaha, that was his strategy, it went along the lines of 'I say I'm off to the toilet, then I just disappear'.

Re: TUMBLEWEED
To be fair Ben it's a tough year and I think that is reflected here (and in general).
I think we lost a few bods when we went quiet. And those of us who stayed are a bit busier this year. We kind of know each others ways a bit now and my own opinion is that activity has got a bit lazy. Sort of 'what i am up to this weekend' which you may as well go to facebook for and people perhaps (and me included) adding comments but not creating new threads. I personally find it hard to compete with some of our (ahem) older members who are dead good at making threads worth getting into.
Must try harder, not complain!
phew, I need a lie down now, I'm off to the stationary cupboard

We have a stationery cabinet, no hiding in there, it's full of shelves.
(might have been the wrong thread for that nugget).

Re: TUMBLEWEED
Apologies to the Spamily.
It's very time consuming down here. I managed to get roped into setting up a radio station so it's woodwork and wires again as well as some (oh god) lectures.
Yeah :
http://kclradio.co.uk/144/KCL%20RADIO%20IS%20GOING%20LIVE
The dog (who I thpought would freak out) took 5 mins to get comfy. I'm still not happy
Thanks for keeping it going.
The plan is once we have something to shout about (radio, ibiza, weekly in london) I'll send a group email to all the forum members and try get it up again.
I have spotted a trend for people just giving up the internet (or the social networking element) entirely. That I can't do anything about as I am with them haha!
Anyway, the decline of social networking will be covered in section 112.a. subsection x of my lecture.
Dismissed!
NOT YOU Baughn. Detention. Immediately.

I'm seeing this, a lot. I know quite a few people who have ditched Facebook. I'm not sure if they are right, or part of some trend and will come crawling back in time. I'm waiting to see how it plays out.
