On the way to work this morning i started listening to an Ivan Smagghe mix from last month and the mixing was that bad i had to turn it off. Literally stopping records all over the shop. Must have been enjoying himself that night.

Soooo,i then started listening to Frankie Knuckles live from the Powerplant in the mid 80's. Not great mixing on this as you would expect but music so, so good that i couldn't care less. I'll post the link up later when i get home as it is a joy to behold.

I've never heard a crap Ivan Smagghe set. I once saw him play to 12 people in Sheffield and he still put in a good stint.
