Basically I decided we needed to go back to the original mission statement which was to be a platform for new talent.
I found 4 new youngsters.
All 4 of them not only delivered about 3 or 4 months late they all had samples in their work.
So we've been slowly plucking them out and explaining stuff that most of us take for granted but they are too young to realise.
We've got most of it in but last week Herman went to L.A and he does all the work basically.
Happy?
