) there are references to 'the voice'.
As well as separating Batman from Bruce Wayne the voice is supposed to be part of Batman's arsenal of martial arts, learned in the far east and supposed to be a weapon. A posh 'Boo!'.

The fire exit from "Le Phonographique" goes under that Heath Robinson man in a flying machine and passes the Morrison's loading bay.
Back when there was only one Morrisons.
Had fig rolls for a month ; breakfast, lunch and dinner.
