Nope, although I was going to save myself for that Transition night and witness the DJs who's "operation is to seek and destroy the human civilisation with the power and sheer force of their musical euphoria, a feat never fully achieved by any other line-up or concept of this kind before"

I bet in reality it just consists of the DJs standing behind the DJ booth, jizzing all over the adoring crowd, while playing a Euphoria album on repeat. Ugh.

Pretty good music all night in my opinion, bit of a mixed crowd.
They had the main room open and the boiler room at Kerbcrawler, probably not enough people to warrant both rooms being open, cos with that and people in the outdoor area the main room didnt feel full enought for it to be used, maybe they should have just opened the upstairs room like they did at Ketoloco the week before.
It was always going to be a tricky one opening the week after the bank holiday weekend, and not long to the next one.

excellent music I'd have said Jim. Inland Knights were spot on but one of them seemed to slip into a K hole at one point
Danny Howells was obviously not happy at the turnout and he seemed to reflect that and was a bit monotonous. Great tunes, but not enough 'oomph' to inject any energy.
Old timbo was concentrating well hard on trying to keep people there against the odds.
My observation was Howells managed to lose most of the crowd, it was ok around 2am, very sparse by 4. To be brutally honest a lot of people waited for Tim (nice little cheer when he went on) but couldn't stay the distance til 7am. I know I felt bad but I left at 4.30 soz timbo.
They should just not have bothered with that date at all. I liked the venue a lot. I bet it's great rammed up in the summer. They should do something about the constant rumours that they are closed or closing though. Nearly everytime I mentioned the name someone puffed up their chest and announced it was shut or soon to shut. Gossip in leeds is just unbelievable lately.
