'Imboden enlisted his mother and sister to help him start the company. These made for some strange moments, as in the time when his mom complimented him on a well-written description of how a vibrator could be inserted safely for anal use, calling out from across the room, "Ethan, you handled the anus beautifully."'

This is the man who refused to recognise the laws of the UK when he was trying to pass a bill to make Yorkshire independent.

He might be being pedantic that Gauguin did most of his work outside France?

Mine was funny enough to be asked to do it again this weekend.

Sadly I had to sell the bontempi.

I still have the ruffled mexican shirt though.

    A snip at £2.5million

That is stupidly cheap. The place next to ours in Ilkley was 2.2 mil as the recession hit and it's still on sale. It's nowhere near that size.

    It would.

A chimney on mine cost 14,000. Essentially 4 large bricks and a pot.

It says 'partially renovated'. Meaning it's mainly in disrepair. The laws regarding what you can do and also what you are obliged to do on Grade I properties are mindnumbing.

The primary reason the aristocracy declined was the incredible cost of upkeep of the houses.

Just heating them enough to stop rot is prohibitive to most.

There is a reason it's about a tenth of the price it should fetch. It's waiting for a numpty Very Happy
