Funny that, a couple of blokes I go to football with go to Northern Soul all nights in Ponte Carlo, I thought they were taking the mickey. Apparently there are some big do's in Blackburn as well.

The yearly scooter rally in Brid is a blinding northern soul weekend if your into it.
Me and Mrs Bish went one year and it was spot on. The dancing is very very cool, especially on poppers.

My parents were massively into the Northern Soul Scene, I was brought up on it. Think it's how I get into house music really. I'd love to hear anything you have to say on the subject.

No mate just for the hell of it really. Some mates of mine are into the whole scooter scene and they were going and said it was worth a visit.
We went to the saturday night bash that they have on and I happened to spot a chap who I have known since I was 10 who lives in my folks village (very well respected person). he didnt know i was going and the look on his face was a picture when he saw me especially as he was smacked off his chops. Brilliant.

My sisters fella goes all the time. Reckon it must be a good do. Just wouldn't fancy hanging off the back of a scooter all they way home from Brid after a heavy weekend
