PW... if you look at the tool bar above the area where you write the replies there are lots of option buttons. The one with a little bit of movie film is where you put up youtube.

On the youtube page you want, under the tv bit that is playing but above the comments is the "Embed" option.

Click on and drag the Embed code to your desktop.

Put that code in the space that comes up when you click on the film button.
