But it became bigger than the sum of it's parts I think mainly due to the completely random and unplanned impact of the sheer weirdness and hilarity of the northerns.

I will say one thing in response to TB's excellent posting ;

As a social/anthropological experiment it failed more spectacularly than communism.

As a Record Label's point of contact with it's customers and fans it's so inept it's like a internet version of a clown's car.

As a laugh it's funnier than all the collected 'humour' of most european countries, collected, weighed put into sacks and sent to the writers of the Simpsons for reference material...and their reactive laughter at how shit it is added.
