If it's post Peter Gabriel I don't have to watch it to say yes, Defo prog rock. If it's pre-Collins as singer it's a million extra points if Peter is dressed as a hybrid flower/darth vader.

Say what you like about Phil Collins he can play the drums AND sing while doing it and it's very rare. Because it's very difficult.
