Basically my housemates and a couple of others told me they were going on a positive mental thinking course 3 weeks ago up near the Village hotel, i'm a pretty positive person and don't really need to go on anything like this but thought fuck it, its free and i got fuck all else to do on a Wednesday night so thought i'd go out of curiosity, it was run by a 72 year old woman in a house with a large converted peaceful room and other than the 6 of us was about 20 40-50 year old women that looked pretty knackered and most of them had been through divorce, we start every session with a 25 minute meditation and then talk about how we can train our minds to bin all our negative thoughts and turn them into positive ones and then meditate again at the end, i've had a lot of 'What the fuckin hell am i doing here' moments every week, in fact its so fuckin strange i don't know why i keep going back but like i said got nothing else to do. Turns out yesterday we looked it up on google and found a whole website dedicated to warning people off going as its a brainwashing cult which has led to people committing suicide and dragging people away from there familys and friends!!

That woman seemed so nice too.. and last night she was talking about how we can go to the retreat in Italy in the summer!!
