On the plus side if it wasn't for the punters of leeds, many of the clubs would have folded years ago. It was a success for the people this one.

adam shelton and subb-an are residents/promoters at below in birmingham
buckley is resident at basics
and audiojack have just had an album out radio on 2020(check it out its good), and have got some tracks hopefully forthcoming on get physical/mobilee

well...
they had 2 big residents. One of which left under very dubious circumstances. The one that is left has his own more sensible agenda and only plays now and then.
They do have a fresh batch of YTS DJs, like the son of one of the owners. I wonder how he got that job?

I think Buckley is good. And Boggy. But it's understandable if you've never heard of them.
I don't give a toss really it's just the straw that broke the camel's back for me. A lot of people have kept Basics afloat long after it went down the shitter and after last Sat I have had enough. Which is a real shame as it doesn't leave much in Leeds.

and audiojack are playing matter this weekend, and they play the egg and some others, go check them out, there nice lads and good dj's
