wookie wrote:buying a big house are we?
you must be selling alot of turnips to afford that
The turnip market is slow mate at the moment. The saxon gold market is where the money is at. So im told.
No its not me buying a new house, but for any first time buyers out there it is a nice little incentive to buy now.

I see, so you work in conveyancing?
I'm not a home owner, I rent. The lift in stamp duty will do nothing for me. Getting banks to lend money to people again, now that would help. Trying to get together a 20% deposit for a 3/4 bedroom house that will set you back £200 to £250k, now that is difficult. Considering the tax payers own the banks this stinks (I know this is the love thread but I can't be arsed crossing over to the let off some steam thread).

They had a stall at the Big Chill last year. On the way back towards tentville in the early hours one of the lads disappeared off for a wee. Half way through weeing against the front on one of the closed stalls (bad boy) he looked up to see it was the shewee stall. He had inadvertantly turned it into a multi-sensory installation!
Before I'm shot down for this post I am aware that this is bad but it was funny...

I am totally back in the game! I've trained like a madman, eaten more spinach than popeye, drunk litres and litres of water and formulated a plan - something I've been without for a few years....
The sun is also shining and I walked into work without a coat although I'm not sure this clement spell is set to last. ?

Lost you?
No mate. Hirst's "Spinning Paintings" are fairly common, I have one. He's from Leeds.
However, I know you have (for no reason I can fathom) decided to become official forum freak. And after we made you so welcome too.
So... if you must be oblique and grating at least do it on a thread that has some bearing.
This is THE LOVE THREAD.
Jerry-built DIY 'art' homage devices are "total tool" really.
You total tool

I've been told to expect an offer in the next couple of days. The person I met was my sales manager for 4 years about a decade ago. I'm the godfather of his daughter...
