FORUM MANIFESTO

Hopefully the purpose of this is to provide info, freebies and news to anyone involved in VVWI events and tunes.

This year VVWI will be resident in London, Ibiza, Manchester and Leeds and the record label is going great guns.

This will be a place for DJs and Producers to get involved and even more importantly, for the VVWI irregulars to have a say and get preferential treatment.

Mostly we hope to form a community and have a laugh while we are at it.

There are no rules here other than please don't post anything you would not say to someone's face. And that is the only one.

Matter is what I fancy. Great space.

I won't be regular at Space this year. Bit of a regime change and I just don't really know the new manager/boss' latest shag.

Looking at the Zoo and a new place with Lewis who ran The Underground.

You got me wrong about the Zoo. I used the phrase the Zoo but the venue is called Gala Nights. A disused Zoo. The Zoo project is the name of some promoters. I am not working with them. I am referring to the venue. A Zoo.

Good work - hopefully see you at Matter then, although the Lightbox is pretty good .. they need to sort out some urinals in the men's toilet though!

Lightbox is getting some bad reports from the more seasoned clubbers......the people that go to every party, and follow the party brand where ever they go.

RA comments from some people were quite negative when Mathew Jonson played. Nothing against him or the venue though.

Some were saying the crowd were awful, chavalanche and there were some thefts apparently....

Matter would be the space to grace

The RA comments on the Matthew Johnson night were some of the worst I've seen.

That said, there is a lot of good stuff coming up there and the 400 capacity means a lot of smaller promoters are trying interesting acts ...

is matter the one inside the dome?

yes wookie, think it is. Not been but it certainly looks like a nice space.

Matter is brilliant. It's huge, it's full of kids having a a great time, and the DJ booth is big enough to make Tiga look like a french canadian midget. Also, the second room is long, narrow, triangular, with very high ceilings - it's the perfect combination of claustrophobia and space...
