No doubt the Leeds House Mafia will be planning a suitable and bloody reply.

I've heard very little about it at the moment other than Facebook and that link on RA... looks like it's got the potential to shake things up a bit!

It's not my region but going by London... isn't it a bit mental to open a club in the 'current climate'?

I think they may get a few months novelty factor out of it (it's staying open that is the trick) but when are they opening?

I think what happened to the 'all new (old) warehouse' is an object lesson.

from what they're saying, it looks like its gonna be a multi purpose venue, you could deffo get bands in there

which might keep it open a bit longer

i have no idea who's behind the venue or the night

Has the warehouse shut down again already?

That new gaff looks like the old Code Club but all done out if anyone remembers that?

No idea, that's what I was wondering. On your other point the new Warehouse owners must be having a few sleepless nights at the moment. What a nightmare.

Yep, new Warehouse had to shut down. Floors started shifting due to some structural issues.

It used to be a proper nasty techno dive did CODE.

had some strange days and nights in there a million years ago.

the warehouse's structural problems with the flooring were due to there being no feet on it dancing Wink

Code was either full of crusties and people who had come after the Orbit or dead. I saw Terry Francies & Trevor Rockliffe play to about 10 people once in there. I knew the lad who run it. Had a few good sesh's after the Orbit in there though.............. about 10 million years ago Wink

On this day in history (Rog will remember this...)

''November 6th, 1956 : Allied forces took control of the Suez Canal with British and French parachute troops holding the Mediterranean key to the Suez Canal at Port Said.''

A little piece of me died inside as i walked past him. How i didnt throw him under a bus i'll never know.

The workman look is very strong in Blyth at the moment. Mad Eye Riley goes ape shit when the obligatory mud on boots is left on her polished wooden floor.

The farmer look is abit last month, innit.

I see a lot of young muscle marys knocking about in tight tops with big necks. Fashion for the steroid generation I think.
