Great to see Dirty Disco back with a splash.

    Highlights for me where :

seeing about 90% of the forum there.

Scott "Broaders" Broadhead's patented Radiohead conundrum conversation mass murderer. "anyway! what's your stance on Radiohead?... come on!"

Managing to embarrass Derrick to death with tales of his exploits he'd obviously totally forgotten. He ran away! Embarassed

Nice to see a live band out for a change.

    Altogether... jolly good.

    This ^^^.

I'm blaming Tim 'I'm on the wagon but could you put more vodka in the next one?' Sheridan for my rapid deterioration on Saturday night.

I know it was all my own fault really.

My apologies to anyone who encountered me on Saturday night. She still seems to like me though. Very Happy

I stand by my Radiohead conundrum, though in hindsight i may not have asked it at the time i did.

I enjoyed DD. It was busy and the atmosphere was good.

Dont remember more than 1 record all night. And they ran out of beer. Whats all that about. this should have lead to me not being as drunk, but it only meant i had to go on to the hard stuff.

Thankfully i had today booked off. I needed it.

    Haha.

I'm full of beans me. The suns shining, the sandwich van is due in 15 mins and I saw a Kestral hovering at the side of the motorway on the way to work.

It doesn't get much better than that.

I turned up after the beer had run out. Luckily I had stashed some Red Stripes in my bag from Basics.

    Good night. Derrick was great.

Ended up in some posh students gaff until I had to send myself home for slurring too much.

Very, very random night for me. I had a massive black hole in the middle of the night, where I can't remember a single thing. I do remember the following:

The bar being a joke. Me and my mate were almost the 1st in, and the barman at the back bar had one bottle opener on his keyring. We told him he was in for a long night! They ran out of everything: all the booze, ice, change (my mate got a £3 Kerbcrawler token in his change!)

Moodymann being not particularly good, Derick Carter being very good later on.

I spent most of the night talking to people, rather than dancing (which is very unusual for me) but I can't really remember who I spoke to, or what about. Shocked

Yes it was good to see most of the forum there.
I concur the band - evil mambo or whatever they are called were really good.

I spent pretty much the entire night within a 4 metre radius in the outside area.
Not really a fan of Kerbcrawlers main room, and yes the toilet and bar facilities are atrocious.

overall though had a really good laugh chatting to loads of people.

My stance on Radiohead is that the more you like them is proportional to how much of a wanker you are.

I hate them, so I am brilliant.

Not about you being brilliant, i agree with that (for the good of my health), but they're good.

You're just not listening to them right etc.
