Re: Pimpers' Total Tool Test
Brilliant!
I love the way the crash test toddler's arm has been sliced off
"mmm we may have to do another run of tests before we use a real child"
My mate once stood on the cable of an angle grinder, it had the trigger catch on so it was running, it fell off the treads, landed on his head and bounced off, landed on the blade and drove itself off until it unplugged itself

oh aye lad! I believe you may recognise this beast ;

which I have modified with a monster 48" winsor blade.
I've always coveted a vintage chainsaw though. Like this ;

you could chop up summat dressed like this ;

On my travels a few years ago I went on expedition to Borneo. I spent 2 weeks working in a conservation area called Imbak Canyon. It took us 5 days to get there due to the fact it was near the end of monsoon season and there were rivers that were to high and dangerous to cross.
I stayed with a group of locals who's job was to build huts for Scientists to come in and observe the surroundings and to make sure that there was no legal logging going on within the conservation area. At times they would trek into the jungle and search for recently fallen trees to make planks out of, for the construction of these huts. On many occasions I would watch these small Malaysian guys with chain saws almost as big as them attack these massive trees. Non of them would ware any protection just a pare of rubber jungle shoes and there Chelsea football shorts. Anyways getting to the point these lads would cut perfect planks out of these trees. As good as you buy from B&Q. The chain saw above brought back all these memory's. Class, by the way I was crap at cutting the wood. It was a mission and a half to have any control on a saw that size!!
