And Im with you on the Love Parade Timbo, what a travesty that it never happended again. I still cant beleive 300, 000 people showed up. Mates that aren't into the scene anymore that went that day still talk about it now. Crying shame.

Nice one, really enjoyed reading that.

I have learnt to make sure I have somthing to do between 4pm and 5pm on a Friday. It has to be the longest hour in the week other wise.

It's been bloody awfull, bar the fact I read Tims interview which was a really good read. I am still young, at a tender age of 24 so there was a lot of history there which I sadly missed. Cheers for the link though.

when I was a motorbike courier in london friday evening was fucking Dante's 7th level of hell. You'd always get a job to East Cheem or Mitcham or some orbital hellhole in the pissing rain about 5 mins before you were due to clock off thus adding hours to it all.

Of course I later learned the controllers used to do it deliberately. Twats.

Today I learned some very disturbing things about our leaders.

I have been having a really random conversation with a truck driver from Sheffield. He has filled me with random information. Here are a few that I have learnt today:

No word in the English language rhymes with month, orange, silver, or purple.

Leonardo Da Vinci invented the scissors.

The largest supply of alcohol in the universe is in deep space. Astronomers have spotted an alcohol cloud in the Milky Way that measures 288 billion miles across.

you can rhyme with the last two letters of anything, depends on the type of verse. You can rhyme plinth with month for example.


Da Vinci sketched designs for a lot of things. Including tanks, helicopters and parachutes. To invent something you have to build a prototype.
I imagined floating soap and a needle with a ratchet for blind insulin users but I never got called an inventor.
