    I watched it....personally I didn't think it was all that. Short also, plus the Queen didn't look happy either.

    We watched the 1500m final, proper chuffed for the guy. Seemed very humbled by all the attention he was getting.

    I have been watching bits, but last night I managed to get a few hours in. Really good stuff. Yes I am unsure as to how the use the rating system.

    Yep, the ratings are well complicated. When it comes to anything involving a wheelchair it's pretty straightforward, but when it comes to restricted movement or mental disabilities it all becomes very cloudy.

    It will take a while, i doubt it will even be noticeable by Rio but by the 2020 games a new generation of Olympians will be around. Keep the faith, it was the best 'Lympics ever, surely we can't poor scorn on it so soon.
