It's obviously a special place
He is from South Milford
which is
A) nearer to Selby than Leeds
B) In North Yorkshire, Leeds is West Yorkshire
When they're winning medals, it's all "oh, you're with me", but then ...

Re: 'Lympics
I watched it....personally I didn't think it was all that. Short also, plus the Queen didn't look happy either.
Anyway, I wish all the athletes the best! Go Team GB!!

We watched the 1500m final, proper chuffed for the guy. Seemed very humbled by all the attention he was getting.

I just can't get into it. I understand there is a rating system but it eludes me.

I have been watching bits, but last night I managed to get a few hours in. Really good stuff. Yes I am unsure as to how the use the rating system.

Re: 'Lympics
Yep, the ratings are well complicated. When it comes to anything involving a wheelchair it's pretty straightforward, but when it comes to restricted movement or mental disabilities it all becomes very cloudy.

Re: 'Lympics
It will take a while, i doubt it will even be noticeable by Rio but by the 2020 games a new generation of Olympians will be around. Keep the faith, it was the best 'Lympics ever, surely we can't poor scorn on it so soon.
